In the second event of our latest online events series, we spoke with R&D and external innovation leads at Avery Dennison and Ecover about their sustainable materials R&D priorities, and the research they’re looking for from academia and outlicensing SMEs.

It provides branding and information labelling solutions, including pressure-sensitive materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, and various converted products and solutions.
Ecover
- Roel Bosschaerts, Global Platforms Researcher
Ecover is a Belgian company that manufactures ecologically sound cleaning products. Ecover Co-ordination Center NV develops all EU cleaning products for the European market. One of the key strategic goals is to switch land-intensive ingredients with circular feedstock-derived alternatives to drive down land surface dependency, CO2 emissions and impact on biodiversity.
